Server error UID copy. Error in IMAP command received by server

If you are using the HookSEO LLC webmail interface and receive "An error occurred" popup with the message, "Server error UID copy. Error in IMAP command received by server" when you attempt to delete or mark a message as junk, you will need to take the following steps to resolve this issue.  NOTE: This should only happen for some users who have been using the system prior to updates on 10/16/2016.

Steps to take while logged into the webmail interface:

  1. Select "Settings" located top right.
  2. Select "Preferences" from the first column (left side of screen).
  3. Select "Special Folders" from the second column.
  4. Click "Save" (You do not need to make any changes on this screen)
